Another member of the euphorbia milii group (Crown of Thorns) from Madagascar's spiny forest. This is a very decorative species, with small, tight leaves up and down the branches that can have a blue green tint and a bit of fuzz. In cultivation here at the nursery, the end new growth is baby blue. Incredible!
It has the look of an Alluaudia from afar, with the tight covering of leaves and thorns on each branch. Cyathia (flowers) are lime green to yellow with orange and red veins around the corolla and emerge mostly at the end points of branches. 3" pot size.
