This species has been reduced to synonomy with Hatiora salicornioides, which I think is nuts. I grow both of these and bambusoides is a thicker, stouter plant with shorter branch segments and way bigger flowers. There's a lot more subtle differences that I won't bore you with!
I lost my entire stock of this species during Hurricane Irma, but Fairchild Garden in Miami was kind and generous enough to share some of their plant material for propagation. Please show them some love!
