Elderberry, American Elder

Fruits used for creation of wine, jam/jelly.

Huge white flower clusters sometimes used in salads or cooked and can be used to make a light wine similar to champagne.

Flowers attract many pollinators. Birds love the fruit.

Beautifully packaged. A little wilted because of the heat and transit issues but it is in a grow bag and well watered. I’m looking forward to seeing it perk back up and getting it planted in my landscape
