Beiselia mexicana

This is a truly bizarre member of the Burseraceae family (group of fragrant trees including the frankincense and myrrh trees - boswellia, commiphora and bursera) native to Mexico. The trunk is extraordinary with large protruding tubercules and down the length. The foliage is lush, fragrant and tropical. This is a very rare species! It enjoys plenty of heat, sun, rain, and ample pot space during the growing season. Rooted cuttings in 4” pots. Shipped in pot.

Please water right away; otherwise, they will enter into a state of shock. Leaf drop is normal. Watering will help!

We ship all orders Mon-Wed excluding federal holidays. If temperatures near you are below 45℉ we highly recommend adding a heat pack to your order. If temperatures will be much lower than 20℉ please leave us a note with your order asking us to hold your order until a given date as heat packs will fail at temps much lower than 20℉.
