We recommend adding one to your order if temperatures between Sarasota, FL and your location are 45F or lower! If temperatures are below 15F, the heat pack will fail. You're likely better off waiting to order or ask us to hold the order until a specified date.
One heat pack is sufficient for up to 6 (six) plants. When adding a heat pack to your order, if your plant arrives with cold damage, we will refund or replace the damaged plants!
We do also recommend upgrading to one of the many expedited shipping options to ensure your plants get to you quickly and don't sit on a cold truck!
